為了訓練踢腳，只好不用冰斧攀冰~
Ice climbing with no ice tools…for training my feet to kick ice.

結果我的手一整個很想到處抓，但冰上就沒東西抓阿，到底是在掙扎什麼啦…😂
my hand always tried to catch something~but there has nothing can be catch on the ice😂
